Trying to correct poor posture by consciously using will power alone is virtually impossible. This recording, however, is designed to create positive changes at the subconscious level of the mind to help to safely and easily create and maintain good posture. It also contains suggestions to help you feel comfortable, strong, flexible and confident in your body. How to Use This Recording: When listening to Tracks 3 and 4 please sit or lie comfortably and ensure you won’t be disturbed. They are identical scripts. Track 3 will wake you up at the end and Track 4 allows you to drift off to sleep. Track 5 contains the Affirmations embedded below the music. You can listen to the Affirmations Track and the Subliminal Track at any time. For best results listen to the Affirmations Track twice a day for 28 days.
