Amanda has worked in the Wellness & Allied Health sector for almost 3 decades. With a
background in remedial massage, health coaching, craniosacral therapy, palliative care and
holistic counselling, she has worked with peoples pain, stress , anxiety and trauma for years and
has found there is a deep need to treat the whole – the Mind, the Body and the Spirit.
During a session Amanda utilises her skills in both holistic counselling and health coaching, to help
establish a treatment plan that will support the individual client, no one size fits all! Whether it be
lifestyle, food choice changes or practical tools to help settle your nervous system, you will come
away with your own personal program.
A session may include some CranioSacral Therapy to help regulate and get you back in touch with
your body, changing some eating habits, learning some self care tools or having your own
individual flower remedy made to support your Mind Body connection.
Having previously worked in the media, it was through her own experience of stress and anxiety
that lead her to study alternative ways to find health and balance within.
Teaching is something Amanda is passionate about having facilitated courses in Massage and
Mind Body Medicine in Melbourne & UK and in more recent years supporting groups in Melbourne
in CranioSacral Therapy.

What therapies does Amanda offer?
What people say about Amanda:
“Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy with Amanda is remarkable. I had terrible back stiffness that kept me awake at night and made doing anything sedentary very uncomfortable. I had one session with Amanda and my back felt amazing, I was pain free for over two weeks before returning for a follow-up appointment, after which I have had no issues at all. Amanda is a kind and understanding therapist and has done wonders for my back and the alignment in my whole body. Trying this as an alternative therapy to physio has been an amazing and effective decision for my healing and everyday comfort. “-Lucy Barker
