Naturopath, Anna Talaj, truly believes that better health can be easier than you think. With over 23 years experience she has found many ways for people to benefit from and feel better as a result of good health care solutions. Using the right foods, vitamins, minerals, herbs, essential oils and homeopathy, improvements in health are only a matter of time. Anna completed her studies at the Southern School of Natural Therapies and is a member of the Australian Natural Therapies Association (ANTA). She continues to attend workshops and seminars to keep on top of the latest research and information from industry leaders.
