Pain Elimination Program

If you’re experiencing chronic pain then take a look at Robyn’s video.

What is Chronic Pain?

The terms chronic pain and persistent pain are often used interchangeably. Pain is said to be chronic if it persists beyond the normal healing time of about three months. ‘Chronic’ simply means ongoing and doesn’t tell us much about the severity or quality of the pain

Many people are new to the notion of chronic pain because they are taught that pain goes away when tissues heal after an injury or illness. However, this is not the case for 1 in 5 Australians and pain may not lessen when the healing process is complete.

Sometimes, it is not possible for doctors to pin point the cause of the pain and it can be frustrating not to have a diagnosis. Chronic pain is complex because it involves the nerves and nervous systems, including the central nervous system made up of the brain and spinal cord.

About our Pain Elimination Program?

Two important aspects of our Chronic Pain Elimination Program are your perception of pain and your beliefs about your pain.  We know that regardless of the origins of pain it is ultimately perceived by the mind. We also know that its possible to work with the mind to change the perception of pain.

Our program explores all aspects of your pain: physical, emotional and energetic. Its based on the work of Dr John Sarno, author of Healing Back Pain and Mindbody Prescriptions and Joanna Campbell, the creator of this very powerful and effective Drain That Pain Program.  This program consists of 3 weekly 60 minute sessions. Robyn offers a free 30 minute consultation to discuss the program and assess your suitability.

Who runs this Program

Robyn Pierson.   Robyn is a Counsellor and Clinical Hypnotherapist with a background in Remedial Massage.  Her husband Willy experienced severe, chronic and debilitating neck pain for 3  years following a car accident.  This Program eliminated his pain within 20 minutes.  That inspired Robyn to learn the process and use it to help others.
