Myotherapy

Myotherapy is manual therapy used for preventative, corrective and rehabilitative treatment to maintain physical integrity and muscle balance. ‘Myo therapy’, meaning Muscle Therapy, specialises in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders, including tennis elbow, RSI and arthritic pain to name a few.
Myotherapists utilise a range of treatment techniques to restore and maintain the normal integrity of the soft tissue structures. These include trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage and soft tissue manipulation.
Our Myotherapist doesn’t exercise dry needling; she uses her intuitive touch for trigger point therapy.
