About Melissa:
Melissa, also known as Rama, teaches Kundalini Yoga classes for all levels to assist in increasing vitality, relieving stress, anxiety and restoring balance to the body, mind and soul. Melissa now teaches and practices her daily sadhana in order to deepen her own personal insight into the gifts of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan, master teacher of Kundalini Yoga.
Qualifications:
- Aquarian Teacher Level 1 Kundalini Yoga & Level 2 Mind & Meditation
- Advanced Diploma Hatha Yoga
Interest:
Teaching Yoga has been a very uplifting and rewarding part of Melissa’s daily life. Melissa has been practicing yoga for 10 years and teaching since 2006. Her inspiration to assist people to reconnect to themselves, to feel empowered, energised and peaceful, is evident during her classes. Melissa inspires to spread love and light and assist others to experience happiness, health and healing. “You should make yourself so happy, that by looking at you, other people become happy.” Yogi Bhajan.
