I attended the Introduction to Mediation with an open mind. I am at a time in my life where I feel I would like to make changes –all for the better. It was stimulating and enlightening and I didn’t expect to learn how to mediate in one session so listening to our Tibetan teacher show us some breathing techniques and explaining how it has been part of her life since she can remember, put meditation into perspective. It was also good that we took a break and made a cuppa and could talk and ask questions. I would recommend this class and I will definitely look at making bookings for further classes.
